Clinical research collaboration (CRC) endorsed by the European Respiratory Society (ERS) called IMPORTANCE – IMplications of Positive Airway Pressure and Home Mechanical Ventilation: TowArds optimal patieNt CarE

As part of this CRC IMPORTANCE, they have developed an international survey for patients on long-term ventilation which has just been launched!
This international survey aims to better understand how positive airway pressure (PAP) and home mechanical ventilation (HMV) therapies are currently delivered, monitored, and reimbursed across different healthcare systems in Europe and beyond, and explore patients’ preferences to promote evidence-based international guidelines prioritising value-based care and it is available in 21 languages.
