European Sleep Research Society (ESRS): Survey on Barriers for Early-Career Professionals

The ECN (Early Career Network) and EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) Committees have developed a new survey to explore the barriers that early-career professionals face when presenting research or participating in congresses.

This important initiative aims to gather a representative response base that will support meaningful analysis and may contribute to a publishable outcome. The ultimate goal is to improve accessibility and participation in the field of sleep research.

We encourage all early-career members (within ten years post-terminal degree) to take part and share their experiences. Your input will help shape future opportunities and ensure that congresses are more inclusive and supportive for the next generation of researchers.
