Healthcare Scientist Conference

The South West Lead Scientists Network wishes to invite scientists and technologists from all specialisms to the Healthcare Science Conference. We are proud to announce that thanks to sponsorship we are able to offer free tickets to attend (but reserve the right to charge £50 for non-attendance or late cancellation).
We are proud to announce that Dame Professor Sue Hill, Chief Scientific Officer will open the conference by talking about NHS England’s Healthcare Science Strategy. She will be followed by speakers from The National School of Healthcare Science, The Academy of Healthcare Science , the NHS Leadership Academy and the plenary speaker is Deborah Lee, CEO of Gloucester NHS Trust.
Delegates will be able to attend 2 workshops covering topics such as: The Skill Mix Challenge, STP Equivalence, HSS Equivalence, Workforce Planning, Choosing, Funding, Organising & Writing-up an (STP)Elective, Apprenticeships, Encouraging Young Scientists into the Profession and Leadership Development.
