Megan Crawford
Dr Megan Crawford is a Reader in Psychology at the University of Strathclyde and has experience of 20 years in measurement of sleep and non-pharmacological treatment of sleep disorders. She has experience in developing and adapting existing sleep interventions for a number of medical comorbidities including insomnia with chronic migraines or insomnia and sleep apnoea (COMISA). Dr Crawford is the co- director of the Strathclyde Sleep Centre and is an internationally recognised expert in insomnia, COMISA and sleep health. She is the lead author of the British Sleep Society position statement on Daylight Saving Time in the UK.
