Dr Yvonne Milton is a HCPC registered occupational therapist, who works both as an assistant professor in occupational therapy and postdoctoral research fellow at Coventry University. She has extensive clinical experience in paediatrics, namely cerebral palsy, allied neurological conditions, mental health and developmental trauma. Dr Milton has a keen interest in promoting the use of evidence-based sleep assessments and interventions in paediatric occupational therapy. She is currently researching sleep & circadian health in adolescent mental-health on an international Wellcome Trust-funded project which aims to identify sleep and circadian mechanisms underlying the development of adolescent depression and anxiety (SleepCHAMPzzz study).
