Public Engagement Training Day

On the day we will:
- Provide you with the support that you need to get started in Public Engagement
- Develop your skills in communicating your research to a public audience
- Build your confidence in running activities
- Provide you with resources for activities that you can take away from the day and run at your own Public Engagement events
There will also be a science communication expert on hand to answer any of your questions throughout the day.

Travel grants are also available for this event; you can apply on the portal. Please note that if you submit your travel grant application after the end of April and it is accepted then you may not receive the funds in your account until after the event has taken place. The deadline for all travel grant applications for this event is 31 May 2018.
