
Dr Ross Langley
Dr Ross Langley is a Paediatric Consultant in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at the Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow, and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. He was recently awarded a NRS research career fellowship.
Dr Langley trained in clinical medicine at the University of Dundee obtaining MBChB (Honours), and entered into post graduate paediatric training (MRCPCH) in Edinburgh. He was appointed to sub-speciality (GRID) training in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Following the completion of respiratory/sleep training, he was appointed as a locum Respiratory and Sleep consultant at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, and was responsible for setting up the home sleep study and remote ventilation monitoring services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Current research interests include the accuracy of sleep studies in children with complex disorders and the use of novel technologies in sleep diagnostics and monitoring.
